• Challenge habits and how to start building new habits

• Set boundaries and identify tolerances.

 

Career Coaching

• Review CV to identify successes and competencies

• Identify Career Motivators 

• Define your brand

• Develop your Visibility Plan

• Interview practice

Pricing

The following pricing currently applies to both Life and Career Coaching.

• 1 session                Eur  150​

• 2 sessions              Eur 280

• 3 sessions              Eur 390

• 4 sessions              Eur 500

Subsequent additional sessions Eur 125.  Each session is 1 hour long approximately.
