WHAT IS COACHING
The concept of coaching has been around for centuries and mostly in the domain of sport. However, over the past number of decades, coaching concepts moved into the corporate world, and then gradually became more widespread with the development of life coaching. There are many disciplines out there that can help you get on with life. These include Life Coaching, Counselling, Mentoring, Psychology, Therapy etc. to name a few. Each discipline have great value for individuals. And each one may be needed at different stages in a person's life.
